• First Builders developed and built this beautiful 7 building professional center on 3 acres of land just a mile from the University of Central Florida. The buildings range from 3000 sq. ft. to 5800 sq. ft. These are home to many medical offices and other well established businesses. First Builders used design-build services for each interior build-out to cater to the business owner's specifications.
