• This 40,900 sq. ft., $1,600,000 complex was designed and built to accommodate the client's special requirements for front and rear dock and grade level access to accommodate small trucks, tractor trailers, and step vans for shipping and receiving. Concrete tilt wall and pre-engineered steel building techniques were used in construction and it was built in less than four months. Our specialties provided consulting services for design, engineering, land acquisition, appraisal, interior design, finance, and move in services.
