• First Builders teamed up with Chappell Commercial Properties, Lincoln Properties and Emerson Investments to develop, construct, lease and manage this 41,000 square foot educational facility which includes approximately 80 rooms and sits on a total of 6.5 acres. This college is located on Challenger Parkway in the Central Florida Research Park which abuts the University of Central Florida campus. This state of the art facility was built from the ground up in less than 6 months.
