• A very irregular site located between a major commercial highway and a large lake required an irregular stepped design solution. The 98,000 sq. ft., $3,650,000 complex allows leasing in 2,400 sq. ft. multiples each with glassed office area and warehouse loading docks. The project is constructed of steel, concrete block and glass with a standing seam metal roof.
