• The existing and new facilities include over 75,000 sq. ft. of space, plus 40 acres of site improvements, totaling $5.2 million. Renovation and new construction of buildings included pre-engineered metal buildings consisting of an auto reconditioning center, six auction lanes, detailing area, corporate offices, fiber optic security systems, storage, break rooms, restaurant, state of the art environmentally safe paint tunnel, and a 16-station body shop.
