PLANTERRA MANUFACTURING FACILITY

• The overall development was $12 million, 460,000 sq. ft. located on 12 acres. A new 260,160 sq. ft., $7,500,000 facility was designed to centralize manufacturing, warehousing, and administrative activities of the Gale Group Inc.'s international plastic injection, molding, and distribution operations. The 30 ft. ceiling pre-engineered steel building was part of a 12 acre property that additional manufacturing and corporate offices renovated for. Four resin towers were constructed and a railroad spur was provided for delivery of raw plastic material used for the molding process. There are 24 dock doors and access ramps for receiving and shipping.
