• Every unit in Sun Bay Club overlooks a waterscaped aerated retention pond with jet fountains through the use of gunnite-constructed retaining walls. The 54 unit, $7,000,000 development, received AIA awards for type civil engineering and landscaping. This project is unprecedented for its ambiance, texture, scale and detail.
