• This $9,000,000, 168 unit luxury apartment community became the cornerstone of growth in Longwood, a bedroom community north of Orlando. A unique style of town homes over flats allowed a higher density while maintaining landscaped green space between buildings. The project was built and occupied within five months through fast-track construction and staged permitting.
