• Phases I and II, 43,000 sq. ft. and 77,000 sq. ft. respectfully, are tilt wall construction with front tenant offices and warehouse loading at rear. Phase III, IV, and V, 66,000 sq. ft., 84,700 sq. ft., and 98,000 sq. ft. respectively, were constructed of concrete block and pre-engineered steel. All phases were designed, built, and leased by the principals of the company.
