• This project was recognized with a national award as the best project for research and development by the National Association of Industrial Office Parks. The 141,000 sq. ft., $8,900,000 project was fast-tracked to completion and became one of the first commercial buildings in the Lake Mary/Heathrow area along the Interstate 4 corridor of north Orlando.
