• Chappell Commercial Properties and First Builders LLC has developed over three million square feet of commercial properties in California and Florida. We have the ability and resources to deliver a complete "Turn-Key" facility to your oncology group. The facility would include all tenant improvements, imaging and radiation equipment and one or more vaults needed to operate a medical oncology and radiation oncology practice, which can be up and operating within nine months of identifying a suitable site.
  
  This means that the entire facility including the specialized equipment can be delivered to your practice as part of a negotiated fifteen-year lease. Your group could also choose to have ownership in the facility and equipment as well as being a tenant.
  
  This cancer treatment facility is typically 10,000-20,000 square feet and could consist of your group only or also include other medical practices such as urology, internal medicine, neurology, and other specialists that could benefit from being in the same facility.
